By placing an order on our website, you authorize Navrang Graphics to process, manufacture, and deliver your order.

By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us through email, phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding your orders, promotions, and customer support. If you wish to stop receiving promotional communications, you may contact us via email.


2. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise mentioned.
  • Navrang Graphics is fully compliant with Indian GST regulations.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


3. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Most prepaid orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
  • Customized or bulk orders may require additional production time.
  • Estimated delivery timelines vary depending on the customer's location and courier availability.

Navrang Graphics shall not be responsible for delays caused due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Customer unavailability
  • Courier partner delays
  • Public holidays
  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Orders that are returned due to incorrect addresses or customer non-availability may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.


4. Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges

Since most products are customized specifically for each customer:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
  • Change requests may be accepted within 1 hour of placing the order, subject to production status.
  • Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for personalized or customized products unless the product is defective or incorrect.


5. Product Availability

We strive to deliver products exactly as displayed on our website.

However, in rare situations where a product or raw material becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to:

  • Offer a similar alternative
  • Delay the order with customer approval
  • Cancel the order and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable


6. Limitation of Liability

Navrang Graphics shall not be liable for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction arising from incorrect artwork, text, or information submitted by the customer.
  • Minor variations in color, size, or finish resulting from different screen displays or manufacturing processes.
  • Courier delays or delivery failures beyond our control.
  • Damage caused after successful delivery.

Our total liability shall never exceed the value of the purchased product.

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties except as required by applicable law.


7. Brand & Trademark Disclaimer

Navrang Graphics is an independent business and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or connected with any national or international brand unless explicitly stated.

Any logos, trademarks, or brand names used on customized products remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed solely for the purpose of fulfilling customer-approved customization requests.

Product descriptions such as Polo T-Shirt, Round Neck T-Shirt, Executive Pen, or similar terms refer only to the style or category of the product and do not imply association with any specific brand.


8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, product images, designs, layouts, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Navrang Graphics unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.

Customer-provided logos, trademarks, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.


9. Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must:

  • Record a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video.
  • The video must begin with the sealed parcel.
  • The entire opening process must be recorded without cuts or edits.
  • The outer packaging, shipping label, and product must be clearly visible.

Claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

Replacement requests without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.


10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or transactions with Navrang Graphics shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
