Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Navrang Graphics, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Every product is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
Order Processing
- Online prepaid orders are generally processed and shipped within 24–48 hours.
- Customized or bulk orders may require additional production time, which will be communicated to you during order confirmation.
- Orders are shipped on Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Important: Unboxing Video Required
To claim any replacement for damaged or defective products, an unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must clearly capture:
- The sealed courier package before opening.
- The complete unboxing process.
- The condition of the product after opening.
Replacement requests without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Shipping Partners
We ship across India through trusted courier partners such as:
- DTDC
- Blue Dart
- Delhivery
- Other reputed logistics partners
If courier service is unavailable in your location, we may ship your order through India Post or another available service. Delivery timelines may vary for such shipments.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout.
- Shipping charges remain fixed regardless of the number of products purchased in a single order.
- All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax).

After dispatch, delivery usually takes:

Estimated Delivery: 3–6 working days
Rest of India
Estimated Delivery: 5–8 working days
Please note that deliveries to remote or non-serviceable locations may take additional time. In certain areas, customers may be requested to collect their parcel from the nearest courier office.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Public holidays
- Courier operational issues
- Government restrictions
- Remote delivery locations
Navrang Graphics shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered:
- Record a complete unboxing video.
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID, unboxing video, and photographs (if required).
After verification, we will arrange a replacement in accordance with our Replacement Policy.
Please ensure that:
- The original packaging is retained.
- Product tags remain intact.
- The item has not been used.
