Cancellation, Replacement & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us at designersgehlot@gmail.com. Kindly mention your Order ID in the subject line for faster processing.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Please Note: As most of our products are custom-made and personalized, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Replacement Policy

At Navrang Graphics, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help.

Important Requirements

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any replacement request.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed courier package before opening.
    • The complete unboxing process.
    • The product and the issue.
  • Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Replacement Eligibility

Products are eligible for replacement only if:

  • They are received damaged during transit.
  • They have a manufacturing defect.
  • You received the wrong product.

The issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.

Please ensure that:

  • The original packaging is preserved.
  • Product tags remain intact.
  • The product has not been used.

Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement. Applicable shipping charges may be payable depending on the nature of the replacement.

Returns are not accepted as all products are customized and made specifically for each customer.

Refund Policy

Since our products are personalized and manufactured according to your requirements, refunds are not available once an order has entered production.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect information submitted by the customer
  • Color or design variations due to screen/display settings
  • Personalized products after production has begun

If your product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered damaged, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery. After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or correction of the product.
